【吃貨除左要食,可能應該都要學下點煮?】

早前收到 learningbros 嘅邀請,參加左佢地嘅煮食班。決定參加之前都有瀏覽過佢地嘅website,發覺佢地嘅平台都幾特別,類似我平時同朋友玩嘅包堂興趣班,係私人教學形式上堂。

除左學煮食,亦都有語言、攝影、音樂等等,程度由初級至高級,視乎能力。

每個項目嘅價錢都清楚列明,視乎學乜。由預約到同導師溝通聯絡到收費都喺網站完成,操作都簡單。

雖然男朋友本身都識煮食,但係就比較少去做甜品,至於我平時都係學下蛋糕呀、心太軟呢d common野,所以我地係法式甜品BB班。

今次就係法藉老師指導去整法式甜品,我覺得都係個好特別、難忘嘅體驗。Ms. Lola佢都預先準備在左食譜,學嘅係法式蘋果撻朱古力ganache

食譜網上面有好多就唔特別貼出黎喇,當日都影到少少相片,都輕輕分享一下。

粗重功夫當然係由男朋友做,哈哈!首先切好蘋果,最後係用左3個。

加入少少果醬,導師都有邊講解番我地可以用唔同嘅材料去互換嘅,例如有d人會鐘意加埋啤梨,或者even用香蕉都會好好食。

加入黃糖同牛油,已經完成大半。

蘋果放下面,黃糖mix就放面頭,放入焗爐,完成!真係估唔到原來係咁簡單!

完成品!我地拎到番屋企,就跟左 Lola嘅提議,加左球雲呢拿雪糕,真係幾好食喎!

朱古力ganache

呢個都係超簡單,用左忌廉混入黑朱古力,座熱煮溶,加左少許嘅橙皮,就完成左。

我地都係用左黎配雪糕,正。

整體黎講,我都覺得係個好好嘅體驗。

不過都有d需要繼續改善嘅地方,如果話比較起我以往參加嘅 cooking class,整嘅都係甜品,亦都係包堂嘅形式,我地平時就大概6-7人包一堂,過程大概1.5hrs,收費係around $480-$500

如果以差唔多嘅價錢黎講,授課嘅形式,今次俾我感覺係較為「家庭式」,比較輕鬆,比較冇咁chur。但同一時間就會感覺冇咁tight,可能會有人覺得變相冇咁抵喇,用具呀、材料呢d亦都比較難做到話一人一set 咁嘅感覺。

learningbros嘅好處係課程嘅深淺基本上可以由learners去同導師去決定嘅,菜式內容就冇一般咁死板,比較有彈性,如果想要難度高d,可以同導師去溝通;或者好似我地咁,係料理BB班,都可以要求簡單嘅教學。而且由報名到俾錢都係經網站去預約並完成,都方便,時間都已經直接喺網站顯示。

多得今次嘅經驗,同男朋友就多一個回憶,話哂係佢首次同我一齊學野呢!

What a Foodie needs besides to eat, maybe  it is to cook.

Last week we have attended the cooking course from learningbros.

This is quite a special platform for both teachers and learners. Apart from cooking class, there are other subjects like language, music or some sports, level from beginner to master. Price range is clearly listed. It is one step to make booking, to pay and to contact the teachers, thru the website, which we think is convenient. Be reminded to ask for the address before lessons, as the lessons are held in private or semi-private.

We are green on French desserts so we started from something basics. We look forward to it very much since this is our first time to learn cooking from French. Ms. Lola had prepared the recipe on autumn crumble and chocolate ganache. They are so easy to make, surprisingly! And tasted very good with vanilla ice cream! I think I can do it quite well in the future! Thanks. It is so funny and interesting to have a lesson. Cool experience.
